Absolutely not. We only create products that we would feel safe using in our own homes. That’s why our products are made without PBDEs (polybrominated diphenyl ethers), TDCPP, or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants. We would never want to expose our customers to toxic chemicals.

Unzip pillow covers to access, pillow filling. The Cover unzips from both ends for easier access. Carefully add or remove filling from the side and neck support areas as needed. Reach through the side pillow areas to adjust filling in the neck support portion area. Use your fingers to evenly distribute the fiber filling in the area where you made any adjustments. Close zipper cover. Don’t catch or snag cotton filling in the zipper. Massage the adjusted pillow with your fingers to help further distribute the fiber filling material evenly in the areas that were adjusted.

A few of our customers have requested additional filling for their support pillows. Please contact us using the email address listed below and we would happily send you some extra filling.

We’re happy to offer a 1 year limited warranty for all of our pillows. The warranty covers all the material damage or manufacturer defects. Nature’s Guest is not liable for claims that exceed the cost of the product and this warranty does not cover any damage due to improper use or care.
